It’s been 20 years since Los Angeles burned in 1992, after the acquittal of the officers who beat Rodney King. Not surprisingly, there are many community and academic events to take account.
I’ve been working with a Consortium of academics and NGOs to plan a conference on April 28, in Koreatown.
