  • To avoid any confusion, “CB” means Casebook, which refers to Kang, Communications Law & Policy, 4th edition
• 2014 Supplement, p.1
• Reading guidance:
  • Don’t spend too much time on the technological materials. Just try to get a basic familiarity. You are a lawyer, not an engineer.
  • Focus on 1.B, the economic power section, and be able to work through examples.
  • Focus also on agencies and courts in the legal power section. As a lawyer, this is what’s most important to your future work.
