A new Chapter 8, Resurrecting Korematsu: Post-September 11th National Security Curtailment of Civil Liberties is now available for free download.  It was written by Profs. Margaret Chon and Eric Yamamoto, and was funded in part by the California Civil Liberties Public Education Project.
