Research

Research communications law is extraordinarily challenging.  In American law schools, we do a poor job teaching students how to find basic cases, much less regulatory materials.   The book makes a serious attempt at rectifying that problem by offering a Research Appendix that includes detailed training and flow charts.   Please consult the book.
