Dr. Pam Casey from the National Center for State Courts alerted me to the following.
The American Judges Association (AJA) recently adopted a White Paper “Minding the Court: Enhancing the Decision-Making Process” focused on helping judges better understand the scientific research now available on how we process information and make decisions.
Judge Kevin Burke, former AJA President and one of the paper’s authors, describes the paper at http://aja.ncsc.dni.us/message.html.
Looks like a terrifically useful paper.
